I understand it was vacat for a period.

Has been an RTFA - housing for people with serious mental illiness for a long period of time now.

I have been inside of most facilities in Erie County...I wouldn't wish that level of illiness on anyone- This place is pretty OK and really does give people an opportunity to have stability.
