TBH - I painted this in isolation right before I had the fleeting idea that I latched onto for this show.  Also I put it aside and said- ehhh- that one os garbage forget it….

 But as Winnie put it - “it’s not like you are trying to be Audubon or something”

Then When Dylan came home for Christmas he said this was one of his favorites…and i really was ready to toss it….

Then I was like- oh yeah- this is an impressionistic version of what Lee is saying a cow bird is.
